"This cabin delivered everything that it said it would and then more. We did a quick family getaway and everyone from the 65 year-old to the five-year-old enjoyed it. It was clean and I loved the layout. They provided a great space to just enjoy yourself. My wife and I stayed one extra day after the rest of the family had to go home and we just relaxed and laid in the pool soaked up some sun and it was awesome. I like the fact that you’re far enough away that you can see and experience nature but you’re close enough that if you need to get to a grocery store or you’re craving fast food, you can still get that as well. 10 out of 10."

"If I could give this cabin more than 5 stars I would. This cabin was amazing! It was so quiet in and around the cabin with minimum traffic on the road, which made it that much more peaceful, relaxing and enjoyable for us. The pool is not visible from the road, fenced in and very private feeling which we all loved. The cabin itself has all amenities you need for your stay. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances, pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. We had everything we needed to make all our meals there without any struggle. There isn’t a bad choice for a bedroom as all are very nicely furnished as are their adjoining bathrooms. Definitely don’t hesitate to book this cabin as it is worth every penny! This was our fourth trip to the Broken Bow/Hochatown area and our favorite cabin so far. My only negative was we didn’t see a bear or a Sasquatch. 😉 Eric and his crew are amazing. Thank you again!!! "This house was incredible! We took a family vacation here for the week of the 4th of July, with 4 kids (ages 2, 2, 5, and 7) and 6 adults ranging from age 30 to almost 60, and we all had an amazing time! Love that each bedroom had a full en-suite bathroom and private patio to the backyard - allowed us to have quiet moments while traveling with 10 people. Beaver’s Bend State Park was less than a 10-minute drive away, as were tons of restaurants and shops. We cooked in the kitchen for several meals, and we made s’mores a few times in the backyard fire pit, too. Plenty of kitchen appliances to cook anything we needed. The view off the back porch of this house was stunning, and we spent every single afternoon in the pool! Great house for kids. Anytime I had a question, Eric and Deva were super responsive and helpful! 10/10 would stay here again (already trying to book this house again for a girls trip)! Truly a wonderful vacation, couldn’t ask for a better house."

"We had a great stay! The home is just as beautiful and picturesque as the listing describes. Eric was an excellent host—friendly, responsive, and quick to answer any questions we had. During our stay, a storm caused a temporary power outage in the area. Eric kept us updated the entire time, and just as he said, the power was restored in about 30 minutes. We really appreciated his communication and attentiveness. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the cookware, bakeware, and utensils we could ask for. It truly felt like a home away from home. One of our favorite parts was the pool and outdoor space. The view was beautiful, and it was the perfect place to relax. We also loved the home’s design and décor so much that we even asked Eric where he purchased some of the pieces because we’d love to have them in our own homes! We had a wonderful experience and will definitely stay here again. Thanks Eric and Team. We appreciated the hospitality !"

"The property has a lot of potential but unfortunately the cleanliness, maintenance, & overall condition did not reflect the listing or our expectations. Upon arrival, the property was not ready for guests. There was bedding still in the dryer, two unmade beds, bathrooms that had not been properly cleaned, flies in the home, visible hair in multiple areas, & a musty odor throughout parts of the house. Basic supplies such as kitchen towels & a broom were also unavailable. Additional concerns included dirty outdoor furnishings, trash & debris around the pool area, & numerous cigarette butts throughout the property despite the listing stating smoking is prohibited. Several advertised amenities did not function as expected, including the Bluetooth speaker, shuffleboard table, & hot tub, which never reached the expected temperature & had a strong musty odor when the jets were running. The host was responsive & provided a partial refund but the overall experience fell short of expectations."

"This was our 2nd time staying here and it was as great as it was last year! Perfect spot for our annual family get together! A very well stocked kitchen with all we need, super comfy beds and of course, an amazing pool and hot tub! A great place to relax after a day out or just a day in enjoying the views during the storms! We will definitely be back!"

"We visit Broken Bow a few times every year and have stayed at lots of cabins but this house was hands down the best! The kitchen had every appliance you could ever need, basic staples for cooking so you don’t have to pack spices, oil, pam, sugar, etc which was so nice! I am not a huge fan of low beds but these were so comfy and the bedding was very luxurious! Everything was so clean including everything on the deck. Normally in the spring the decks at cabins have a ton of pollen and there was none! Every surface was clean, the pool and hot tub pristine and all the outdoor furniture cushions were clean! There was a huge speaker that was great to use both inside and outside and all the patio furniture was super comfy. Eric was so responsive with anything we needed and we will definitely be staying here again."

"An amazing place to stay in the Broken Bow area! We went on a couples trip and each couple had a private king suite. Each bed was very comfortable and every bathroom was really nice! We swam, went in the hot tub and played horseshoes. All in all a great weekend with friends in a beautiful home. We will definitely book again!"

"Would make the rating a 5 because the stay was amazing, but unfortunately the house was not available when we got there at 4pm. We waited about 10 minutes or so before being able to go in because the cleaning lady was not done. We didn’t mind that but the whole lighting in the pool & stairs was where it went down hill. Weather was only good 1 day and we couldn’t enjoy that day/night because the pool lights did not turn on. I reached out to Eric & said the lights would come on alone, never did. Had a maintenance guy come the next day to fix the issue but wasn’t able to get in no more because of the weather(out of anyone’s control). Eric did apologize but nothing else was done was done that night. Overall the stay was nice but our main reason for staying in this Airbnb was because of the heated pool & lighting but was not able to put it to use for long, which was a bummer. Wish we could’ve have enjoyed the right way. Everything else was amazing."

"Eric's place was a great experience. We used it for our annual family planning retreat and we were ultra productive. Space was very clean, and the outside amenities were great, however it was winter, so we didn't get to take full advantage. Did enjoy a couple cold plunges in the pool and enjoyed the hot tub as well as some exercises on the balcony. Side note: the living room and kitchen are the only common areas inside, so it can feel a bit condensed. However, we had a small group, so we used the other rooms as hangout spots. Definitely will recommend Eric's, especially when the weather is warmer."

Even though we communicated in advance with the host regarding our health conditions and asked that everything be properly cleaned and sanitized, we arrived to find several areas that didn’t meet those expectations — particularly the bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas. Once we notified the host, he was responsive and addressed the most urgent issues quickly, which we truly appreciated. However, we still had to clean on our own to feel completely comfortable during our stay. With more consistent quality control in the cleaning process, this Airbnb could truly be an excellent stay."

The home was away from the city and in the middle of the woods, yet close enough to local attractions and conveniences of stores and antique shops. Evenings were quiet with nothing but stars and the wilderness. The house had all the amenities we could ask for and more. The host was very thoughtful and included items that one could easily forget (kitchen ware, pool towels, spices, coffee, trash bags). The rooms and layout of the house is great. Each room has a private bathroom and patio. The center of the house is so open. This place is definitely going to be the place to stay at for us. "What a great way to spend a long weekend away with our family! We loved the view and how peaceful the surroundings were! We even saw some bunnies, a turtle and deer! We were able to enjoy both the pool and hot tub during our stay! The rooms were comfortable and each had their own bathroom! We used the kitchen everyday as well! We like the location which was away from the hustle and bustle of the main Hochatown area but still close enough to get where we needed to go. "What can I say, this place is immaculate and truly the nicest Airbnbs I’ve stayed in. The house is quiet and serene. I loved waking up to the sunshine and trees from my room. Each room has its own private bathroom and built in privacy screens on the deck so all of us were able to retire to our suites for rest. Having equal amenity rooms is SO hard to find but SO nice with a group. The bathrooms are stocked with all the amenities you’d need, including little cotton rounds and q-tips. The body length mirrors and footstools for shaving placed in the showers was the winner for me. The kitchen had everything and more than we needed. Key items was the Insta pot that is also an air fryer, the stocked spice rack, and the step stool under the sink for us short girlies! They have board games stocked away under the kitchen island.The hot tub is huge and has its own towels and nice plastic cups for our wine. last I want to say is host Eric and this house is hospitality at its best. Thank you!"
