"This was tennis ladies that took four days to decompress. The home was perfect for the occasion. We love the back porch for our morning coffee and visits. There wasn’t a day that one of the ladies didn’t say “this place is fabulous “. We played pool, table shuffle board, Mahjong, Mexican Train made good use of the pickle ball court every morning. Broken Bow is my Happy Place but Eric’s place made it even Better. Will return soon!!!"

"This was the most amazing cabin my family and I have ever had the opportunity to rent . The pictures did not do the beauty justice in and out of this home . So much to do at the cabin we didn’t need to leave but the friendly area and wonderful food brought us out and about . Eric recommended restaurants and things to do and was so helpful. Home was very well kept and had so much space for our family of 16 we brought along . Would love to visit again and stay right here for another week . If you’re up in the air don’t be , book this home and you will have an amazing trip !!!"

"Eric's cabin was amazing! As soon as we walked in we were taken away by how beautiful it was. Eric was an amazing host and took great care of us. Eric checked in with us constantly, and his communication was great! We knew that if we had any problems, we could let him know, and it would be taken care of. Eric was very friendly, and very respectful. I highly suggest using Eric's cabin if you are looking to have a good time with friends and family near Hochatown."

"Our family group of 21 did not want to leave! So much livable space indoors and out. King en-suite bedrooms for adults and grownup kids were so nice, and the 14 preteens and teens absolutely loved being together in the bunk room! Rain the last day kept us from hiking and kayaking, but we had so much fun when the court dried with basketball, a pickleball tournament , corn hole one the porch and billiards inside. "Amazing house — can’t recommend it enough. The host was fantastic from start to finish. We spent most of our time bouncing between the basketball court, the fire pit at night, and the game room (pool table + 3 TVs got a serious workout). The kitchen was massive and having two dishwashers was a lifesaver for a group our size, and with three washers and dryers we never had to think twice about laundry. Just an incredible amount of space for everyone to spread out and do their own thing. Already thinking about booking again for the next trip."

"This house is absolutely amazing! We took our son for graduation getaway with a couple of his buddies and their girlfriends, as well as another set of parents, and it accommodated all of us with still more room to spare plate. Between Pickleball, pool table, poker table, basketball court, fire pit, as well as an amazing back porch and everything you could dream of in a kitchen, this place was completely ready for us. Eric and his team was amazing and we would love nothing more than to share more memories at this home!"

"We had an amazing stay at this cabin in Broken Bow! The place was beautiful, very clean, and had everything we needed for our large group. There were plenty of activities and amenities to keep everyone entertained, and the layout worked great for us. The host was extremely responsive, accommodating, and flexible with our requests, which made the stay even better. A couple minor issues our group mentioned were that one of the stove burners couldn’t be used because the knob was missing, and one of the TVs in a bedroom didn’t seem to work (possibly just the wrong remote for that TV). But honestly, those were very small compared to how great everything else was. Overall, we all really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back again. 10/10 experience!"

"This cabin was amazing! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cabin! We brought a large group of high school girls for a leadership retreat, and the property accommodated our group and activities so well. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably, gather together for meals, and spend intentional time as a group. The cabin was clean, well-stocked, and perfect for both relaxing and hosting a larger group. We especially appreciated the large common areas, outdoor spaces, and overall layout, which made it easy for us to cook meals, have group discussions, and enjoy time together. The location was also great! It was close to activities and hiking while still feeling peaceful and tucked away in nature. Our group made so many meaningful memories here, and we are incredibly grateful for such a welcoming place to stay. We would absolutely recommend this cabin to other large groups, families, or retreats and would love to come back in the future!"

The cabin itself was absolutely beautiful. The photos online are already stunning, but they honestly don’t do it justice. Walking in for the first time, we were blown away by how much more gorgeous it is in person! We enjoyed our stay so much that we didn’t want to leave we actually ended up extending our trip, and the host made that process seamless with no issues at all. "We were very happy with our stay. The place was beautiful and very spacious. Everything was clean and ready for us when we got there. Lots to do between the pickleball etc outside and games/activities inside. They had plenty of utensils in the kitchen to accommodate our large group and a large variety of appliances. Having the fire pit, basketball goal, pool table, hot tubs etc was very nice. Lots of amenities. Eric was very helpful and quick to respond to our needs and questions during our stay. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would stay there again."

"Our group of 16 stayed in this home and it was extremely spacious! The youngest was 6 and the oldest was 75. It was accommodating for all ages and had something for everyone. Every detail was meticulously thought out from the poker table with chips and cards to the star viewing deck on the third floor. Pickleball and the fire pit were a hit every night! This home is not only gorgeous, it is loaded with entertainment and built for spending quality time with loved ones. Highly recommend this home and host."

"We had a large group to celebrate my 40th and the space was perfect. Plenty of room for everyone; plenty of amenities. We most enjoyed the pickleball court. I’ve stayed in quite a few rentals in Hochatown/Broken Bow and this stay was arguably the best for these reasons: size, functionality, amenities and location. The house is a short drive into town and not tucked too deeply away into a development, which can deter one from venturing into town. It was wonderful."

"Our stay was everything and more!!! The house is stunning!! We traveled here for the weekend for a family and friends birthday trip and had the best time! The cabin was super private, had lots of activities and was a great place to make memories!!! The kitchen had lots of spices and cooking utensils so that was awesome! The two hot tub was definitely a plus as well!! The kids also really enjoyed the bunk room that has its own separate couch and two showers! The bathrooms were awesome and the beds were super comfortable! I highly recommend to anyone! We would definitely stay again! Eric was super helpful and proactive!! He is probably the best host we have had!! He really showed us that he cared about us having the best time! We also had a scheduling issue with a previous cabin and Eric was able to accommodate us and make our trip easy and stress free!! Please check this cabin out if you have the chance!!
