Yes. Imperial Jade books The Jade and The Eleanor together for up to 18 guests across two neighboring villas, while The Compound books Arcadia and Avalon together for up to 34 guests across 10 bedrooms. Tell us your group size and dates and we'll help you put the right combination together.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Check-out is 10:00 AM at The Jade, Imperial Jade, LivNLove, Dreams & Streams, Clearwater, Miko Chukka, Sanctuary at the Summit, and Cami's Campout. Check-out is 11:00 AM at the other listings. Early check-in or late check-out may be available depending on the booking calendar — just ask us 1–2 days before your arrival and we'll do our best to accommodate.

All cabins feature smart lock, contactless self check-in. You'll receive a personalized entry code by text the day of check-in, along with detailed directions, Wi-Fi info, and a digital guidebook with house details and local recommendations.

A 4WD vehicle is not typically required. Access roads vary by listing, and conditions can change after severe weather, so review the individual listing and the detailed arrival directions sent with your booking. Contact the host before travel if road conditions are a concern.

Fall (October–November) offers spectacular foliage; spring and summer are ideal for lake activities and hiking; and winter brings cozy cabin stays and peaceful forest walks. Yes. Hotel-quality bed linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided for every guest. We also supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap. A washer and dryer are available in every cabin for longer stays.

Seven listings have private pools: The Jade, The Malibu, The Aroha, Clearwater, Miko Chukka, Sanctuary at the Summit, Imperial Jade. Blue Note, The Black-Beary, and Dolce Far Nient provide three additional listings with shared-pool access. Check each listing for pool schedules and conditions. Miko Chukka pool heat is available October through April. Sanctuary’s infinity pool cannot be heated when near-freezing temperatures place its equipment in freeze-protection mode. Private-court booking options are The Jade, Imperial Jade, LivNLove, and Cami's Campout; shared pickleball courts are available at The Black-Beary, Blue Note, Clearwater, and Dolce Far Nient. Eight listing options welcome dogs: The Arcadia, The Avalon, Dreams & Streams, The Black-Beary, Blue Note, The Compound, Miko Chukka, and Cami's Campout. Miko Chukka welcomes up to three dogs with approval and a fee; Cami's Campout welcomes small dogs with prior approval and a fee. Other approval requirements, dog limits, and fees vary by listing, so confirm the current rules before booking.

Yes, the primary guest on the reservation must be at least 25 years old. This policy protects both our guests and homeowners.

Our cabins are designed for family gatherings, group getaways, bachelor/bachelorette weekends, and celebrations — as long as the group stays within the stated max occupancy. Large-scale events requiring external vendors or equipment are not permitted. Private chef visits and decor arranged through our concierge require prior approval and must follow the listing’s occupancy, parking, and house rules; they do not authorize a party or large event. Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM unless the listing states otherwise; Cami’s Campout observes 10 PM–7 AM. Follow the hours in your listing and booking agreement, and respect neighboring properties.

All cabins are strictly non-smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted outdoors only, away from windows and doors. A cleaning surcharge will apply if evidence of indoor smoking is found.
