"Jade is hands down the best place we’ve stayed in Broken Bow. The home is even more beautiful in person than the photos, and every detail feels intentional, tasteful, and thoughtfully done. It was outstanding, comfortable, and so well stocked. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back. My only suggestion is 10am check out is too early"

"At a loss of words. This place accommodated 8 people perfectly while we celebrated my brother’s bachelor trip. All of our expectations were exceeded. Pickleball and pool during the day followed up with billiards, ping pong, air hockey AND a hot tub? There was no reason to explore elsewhere. The house itself was stunning and clean. Such a memorable trip, thank you again. We will be back."

"Do yourself a favor and book this place. Every amenity you can think of and so much to do. Very modern and clean and extremely well stocked with everything you will need. Even supplied us with ice. Eric responded immediately. The area experienced a storm before we got there which caused some circuit breaker issues which caused a few items like the garbage disposal and hot tub not to come on. Texted Eric and within minutes his instructions provided us all we needed to get them going. We plan to return next year."

"This house was awesome, everything was clean and we really enjoyed how open it was. We played lots of ping pong, pool, and pickleball. The pool felt amazing and Eric was very quick at responding. Would definitely recommend this house for a big party!"

"Eric’s home was absolutely spectacular. Eric and his staff were on point with everything! They were very quick to reply with any questions we had. Their home is perfect for entertaining and even bringing a in home private chef in. Lots of room and entertainment. If you ever need a in home private chef, I would highly recommend Chef Michael Mansfield. If you are looking for a very modern home with alot of space for entertaining or if it’s just for relaxing then The Jade is the one you are looking for. I will absolutely rent this place again or any of Eric’s homes! Highly recommend Eric and his team!"

"We had the best family vacation at The Jade in Broken Bow! The home was perfect for our family. The two upstairs bedrooms felt more like family suites—they were incredibly spacious. Our sons and their wives each have new babies, and there was plenty of room for pack-n-plays and all the infant essentials without feeling crowded. The pool was clean and well-maintained, the hot tub was a great way to relax, and we loved having the basketball/pickleball court for some friendly family competition. The kitchen was well stocked, and all of the appliances worked perfectly. Everything about this home made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We made wonderful family memories here and would absolutely stay at The Jade again. Highly recommend for families, especially those traveling with little ones!"

"A fantastic choice for our group. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals for 12 people; it had every appliance that one would need. Great layout. Gaming tables were top-notch. Big mounted TVs no matter where you looked. No Wi-Fi issues. Pool and hot tub were immaculate. Sport court was very popular for basketball and pickleball. It was my lowest stress Airbnb stay ever. Eric was very kind and very responsive. If you like the pictures you won’t regret this choice!"

"I just want to start by saying this is the most breathtaking AirBnB I’ve stayed at in the Broken Bow area. We visited this AirBnB for my birthday, we were 10 guests total. Everything about the cabin felt luxurious and cozy! The rooms and bathrooms bask in natural light during the day. The pool is big and has a very smart design with a ledge all around it as well as built in “seats” at the deep end. They provided basketballs, footballs, paddle equipment, everything you could need to enjoy the amenities to the max! The air hockey, pool table and ping pong table were the greatest addition ever! We were lucky to enjoy beautiful sunny weather during our stay, but also got to experience a thunderstorm our last day, the cabin provided us with something to do at all hours and absolutely breathtaking views! The host accommodated our late check out with no problems. I do not have the words to describe truly just how much we enjoyed our stay here, thank you for a great birthday getaway!"

"Our stay at this Airbnb truly exceeded all expectations. The house had everything as described, but once you arrive, it feels even more spectacular. Both kids and adults had an amazing time enjoying all the amenities, the court, the heated pool, the hot tub, the outdoor fire pit, and the multiple terraces. Everything was exceptionally clean and well organized, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Communication with Eric was also excellent. Very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Parents and kids all enjoyed themselves game room and all the quality time we got to spend together. The views and all the windows were amazing! Such a great space and beautiful area. Lastly we cannot rave enough about the comfort of the beds and bedding even down to the amazing throw blankets. We all agree that it was like sleeping on heavens clouds. These details really made our weekend unforgettable. We definitely will stay here or at any of Eric’s properties!"
